How it works
Connecting a gateway takes a few minutes and backfills the disputes that are already open. Nothing else to install.
Stripe connects through Connect OAuth, or a restricted API key if you prefer. Razorpay takes a key pair and a webhook secret we generate for you. Credentials are sealed with AES-256-GCM and never leave the server.
The provider's webhook lands, the case appears with the real evidence deadline in your workspace timezone, and the packet assembles from the charge, the order, the tracking and the customer thread.

Built as infrastructure: idempotent webhooks, leased background jobs, row-level security and encrypted credentials are defaults, not upgrades.
Every case carries the provider's own evidence deadline, rendered in your workspace timezone, with 48-hour, 24-hour and 6-hour alerts by email and Slack. A Razorpay dispute that arrives without a deadline falls back to seven days and is badged as an estimate.
The charge, the order, the billing and shipping addresses, the purchase IP, the tracking number and the delivery date are pulled from the gateway and cached against the case. You fill gaps, not forms.
Product not received needs tracking and a delivery date. Fraudulent wants the purchase IP and an AVS match. The packet is only ready when the required items for that reason are present, and every missing item has a one-click way to add it.
The rebuttal letter is generated from a deterministic template per reason code with your order facts substituted, so the same case always produces the same letter. Turn on AI narratives and the template becomes the fallback, never the loser.
Stripe evidence goes through the dispute update with uploaded files; Razorpay through the contest endpoint with uploaded documents. Failures keep the packet editable and store the provider's own error rather than hiding it.
Connecting a gateway pages through the disputes that are already open, checkpointing on the last cursor, so a case that opened before you signed up is defended too.
API keys and OAuth tokens are sealed with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only in server code. Every Razorpay connection gets its own webhook secret, shown once, so revoking one connection cannot break another.
Amount at stake, amount recovered this month, and win rate by reason code — so you learn which disputes are worth fighting and which policy change stops them being raised.
A fixed monthly fee in rupees or dollars. Winning a large dispute costs the same as winning a small one, which is the opposite of how percentage-based services are priced.
